Currently, we are offering the following programs and services:

This course increases the person’s emotional intelligence, i.e., the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

It is a positive-directional model for facilitating change and self-leadership.

Learning Objectives for Satir Coaches and Mentors:

  • Making contact with your self involves pausing, slowing down, breathing and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings; whereas, when mentoring others, it involves attending to them physically, mentally and spiritually.
  • Validating yourself involves acknowledging and accepting your feelings as well as reminding yourself of your inner resources and values; whereas, validating others involves being able to reflect their feelings as well as highlight their inner resources and values.
  • Becoming aware of yourself involves noticing your behaviors, both congruent and defensive, as well as what is driving them; whereas, when mentoring others, it involves helping them become aware of when they are being congruent versus defensive and what is driving their defensiveness.
  • Opening to greater understanding and acceptance involves gaining greater understanding and acceptance of your disliked parts as well as those that you dislike in others; whereas, when mentoring others, it involves helping them to open for a greater understanding of their disliked parts and those of others.
  • Making changes involves helping yourself to make positive choices and changes; whereas when mentoring others, it means eliciting positive choices and new possibilities of change for them.
  • Reinforcing change for oneself involves being able to seek support in times of stress; whereas, when mentoring others, it means being able to encourage and guide them as they work on making changes.

The program consists of three levels, each to support the growth and knowledge acquisition as well as have time to practice and learn the necessary skills. It is comprised of 20 individual or group lessons across the full calendar year, with a dedicated Satir Coach and Satir Trainer Supervisor. The program can be done fully online (through Zoom) or in person.

Level 1Enriching Your Relationship with Your Self and Others: A Personal Growth Program consisting of 12 individual lessons, or 3 days of group training.

It is a process of reconciliation inside a family of origin to improve communication and state-management in families and businesses.

What will you get out of it?

Practical tips and insights to improve communication inside your home or office. You will transform some part of your story by re-structuring and re-shaping it the way you deep fruitful for you to make healthy choices in life.

  • Experiential Workshops around the world: Enrich Your Relationships

ENRICH front

What is it? It is an experiential training to explore new ways to enrich relationships with your Self, your parents, partners, children, colleagues, friends or anyone else. It is a great platform for everyone who wants to dedicate some time to learn new tools to create a relationship that lasts, strengthen the bond between the beloved or help others do that.

What will you get out of it? You will learn effective strategies to ‘deal’ with difficult people or with yourself in a difficult situation and how to create more acceptance, joy and love even in the toughest relationships you may have. You will explore both helpful and not so helpful patterns to cope with stress and will learn new ways to live and communicate with others. The workshop is based on the teachings of Virginia Satir and her systemic approach to families as well as new research in the area of neuroscience, behavioural & social psychology, NLP & coaching. Trainers, coaches and people interested in self-development are especially welcome.

  • Integrative Movement Therapy: STANCE-DANCE (STASIS-KINESIS)

What is it?

STANCE-DANCE beautifully combines movement, stillness and rhythm to create an opportunity to release fear, relax from stress and move into more congruent behaviours and fruitful states such as joy, happiness, lightness, peace, confidence, strength and serenity.

The practise stems from Siberian shaman dance, dynamic yoga meditation and systemic family therapy originally created by Virginia Satir. It is an easy to practice method of self-expression that helps create a healthy dialogue between your mind and your body.

ENRICH LOGO

What is it and what will you get out of it?

It is a world-class online programme of 8 modules that are based on the latest research in neuroscience, somatic work and communication tools. During the programme you will go through a simple 6-skill process to discover new ways to discover yourself and better communicate with each other. These six skills are as follows.

Skill 1. Explore vs. routine. You will learn how to experiment with your relationships and how to rekindle the toughest one – your intimate relationships.

Skill 2. Nourish vs. deplete. You will learn new ways to nourish your bonds rather than deplete them.

Skill 3. Respond vs. react. You will learn a new way to talk about the toughest and most stressful topics in a calm and effective way.

Skill 4. Imagine vs. will-power. You will learn that imagination is more powerful than will and how to use it to your advantage.

Skill 5. Communicate vs. assume. You will learn better ways to communicate and not to assume the meaning that you attribute to certain events and people’s reactions.

Skill 6. Hug & Humour vs. withdraw. And of course, you will have lots of hugs and fun. You will explore your capacity for humour in your relationships.
You will learn with your open heart and inquisitive mind and explore with your body new states, emotions and feelings as well as underlying turbulences and protection mechanisms that you have learnt from the past in order to become aware and choose new ways to enrich relationships with your Self and Others.
