Last weekend our institute together with Enrich Global hosted a retreat with a group of CEOs, entrepreneurs and influencers teaching the principles of Virginia Satir systemic coaching model. It was a powerful and emotional journey for us all. Our hearts are full of gratitude and peace now that we are integrating the insights and learnings in daily life.
The venue was stunning, the award-winning Ashridge House. Originally a monastery, it became a royal residence for both Henry VIII and Elizabeth I.
During the three-day intensive a lot was covered: the Stasis-Kinesis, Satir Model, Systemic Enrichment and Re-Patterning, Systemic Family, Business & Organisational Constellations. Every participant had an individual process and a family re-patterning process.
